The Allahabad High Court, dismissed a plea seeking inclusion of Hindu holy book, Bhagavad Gita in school curriculum asking the petitioner to make a representation before the Uttar Pradesh education board instead of the court.
A Bench of 2 judges said that the petition is vague, observing that he may approach appropriate authority such as Board of Education, Uttar Pradesh or any other appropriate authority concerned.
